Students start to arrive at the Orpheum through the 884 Granville Street entrance, close to Smithe Street for gowning and ceremony preparations. Students should arrive no later than 12:30 p.m. to prepare for the ceremony.
12:30 – 1 p.m.
Faculty arrive at the Orpheum and enter through the 884 Granville Entrance.
1 p.m.
Guests are welcomed into the venue via the 601 Smithe Street entrance.
1:30 p.m.
Auditorium doors open to the guests.
2:00 p.m.
Ceremony starts
3:45 p.m.
Ceremony ends
